When does rental of your Studio, Location Space begin?
When renting location space, the start and end date will be confirmed by the owner. The time and place of meeting are worked out between you and the owner directly within the WallaRhubarb messaging in system.
How can I contact the Owner/Renter?
Once the rental reservation request has been accepted, we will provide you the renter’s phone number in the confirmation page. But we still encourage you to continue communication on our messaging system in order to have an ongoing record of correspondence. This will also help us solve any potential problems with the rental if they should arise.
What are some tips for me as a Renter?
1. Respond promptly and courteously to owner message inquiries on WallaRhubarb website and mobile app.
2. Be on time for start of renting the space.
3. Verify the owner’s ID at the start of the rental.
4. Leave feedback and a rating after each rental to help build trust in the community
5. Be nice and follow the Community Rules!
